Amazon FBA Wholesale Account Manager


We are looking for an experienced Amazon FBA Wholesale Account Manager to help grow our wholesale business by opening new supplier accounts, building strong vendor relationships, and identifying profitable wholesale opportunities.

This is a long-term position with opportunities for growth. We are looking for someone who is proactive, results-driven, and experienced in working directly with U.S. brands and distributors.

Responsibilities


  • Research and identify profitable brands and wholesale opportunities.
  • Contact manufacturers, distributors, and brand owners to open new wholesale accounts.
  • Complete supplier applications and gather required business documents.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Negotiate pricing, discounts, MOQs, payment terms, and shipping agreements.
  • Research products using SmartScout, Keepa, AZInsight, DS Amazon Quick View, SellerAmp, and other Amazon tools.
  • Analyze sales history, competition, Buy Box ownership, and profitability.
  • Coordinate with our sourcing and purchasing teams to place orders.
  • Maintain an organized supplier database and track account status.
  • Stay up to date with Amazon policies and marketplace trends.

Requirements


  • Minimum 2 years of Amazon FBA wholesale experience.
  • Proven experience opening wholesale accounts with U.S. brands and distributors.
  • Experience communicating with suppliers by phone and email.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using:
  • SmartScout
  • Keepa
  • AZInsight
  • DS Amazon Quick View
  • SellerAmp (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of Amazon fees, ROI, profit margins, Buy Box analysis, and sales rank.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience working with authorized distributors.
  • Knowledge of MAP policies and brand restrictions.
  • Experience with brand-direct sourcing.
  • Experience with Walmart Marketplace or other e-commerce marketplaces.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and purchase order planning.
