We are seeking a Video Editor - Short-Form Facebook Ads and YouTube to join our remote team at an AI marketing agency. In this role, you will create engaging video content for our home service clients and our YouTube channel, focusing on direct response ads and long-form video editing.
What You'll Do
- Edit 15 to 60 second direct response video ads using raw client footage and AI-generated clips.
- Produce 8 to 15 minute long-form YouTube videos and extract 3 to 5 shorts from each.
- Incorporate captions, b-roll, sound design, and basic motion graphics into your edits.
- Deliver 3 to 6 edits per week, ensuring high-quality output that captures audience attention within the first 3 seconds.
- Provide daily written updates on your progress and what has been shipped.
What You Bring
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro or CapCut, with basic knowledge of After Effects.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your editing skills, particularly in short-form video content like Reels, TikToks, or Facebook ads.
- Ability to craft compelling hooks and understand their impact on ad performance.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to updates and feedback.
- Reliable internet speed to facilitate smooth remote work.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-generated content and its integration into video editing.
- Familiarity with the home service industry or related marketing strategies.
