Currently leading PMO operations and FSC management at Huawei Tech Investment across the Sumatra region, Adi ensures project delivery meets strict timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Previously, he managed comprehensive telecom rollout projects in key regions including Sumatra, Jabodetabek, East Java, and Central Java from 2022 to 2024, highlighting his adeptness in executing large-scale initiatives such as the 5G commercial network launch in Palembang City. Adi's expertise extends to complex network assurance for high-density events, notably supporting concurrent users during major national gatherings. He has a profound knowledge of 4G/5G Network Rollout & Deployment, Telecom Infrastructure, and strong proficiency in Huawei radio technologies. Adi's technical skills are further bolstered by his background in telecom technologies such as LTE and Massive MIMO, complemented by programming knowledge in PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Adi holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Telkom University.
