I am a results-driven professional with more than 35 years of leadership experience across Integrated Poultry Industry, Supply Chain Management,
Manufacturing, Logistics and SAP ERP. Throughout my career, I have successfully led large scale operations with assets value at approximately IDR 400 Billion covering Broiler farm, Poultry Slaughterhouse, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, Financial Performance and Business Transformation.
In my most recent role as General Manager at PT. QL Trimitra (QL Resources Group), I was fully responsible for end to end Integrated Poultry operations, including strategic planning, business development, productivity improvement, cost optimization, financial performance and people leadership.
Key achievements include :
~ Improve OTIF (On Time In Full) from 77% to 97% at Chevron Indonesia
~ Led SAP ERP implementation and business transformation, resulting in significant improvement in operational efficiency and data accuracy for Asia Pacific
~ Developed KPI system, Operational Excellence program, and Continues Improvement (Kaizen) culture that enhances sustainable business performance
~ Received multiple Operational Excellence awards and regional recognition
