Chuckie U., a board-certified Civil Engineer, has accumulated over eight years of extensive experience in the public infrastructure sector. Based in Lipa City, Batangas, Philippines, Chuckie specializes in overseeing complex projects ranging from buildings, road developments, bridge superstructures, to drainage systems. Currently serving as an Engineer II at DPWH Batangas IV DEO, he is responsible for project implementation, contractor performance monitoring, and ensuring adherence to approved construction plans and DPWH standards.
