Supervise enterprise and carrier IP network services, supporting various customer and vendor environments. Offer network operations support for enterprise customer environments. Troubleshoot routing and switching challenges involving OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, HSRP, and WAN technologies. Employ PRTG and other operational monitoring tools to proactively identify and address network incidents. Collaborate with senior engineers on maintenance, troubleshooting, and service restoration activities. Support enterprise customers in managed network environments by contributing to incident resolution and service improvements.

Conduct troubleshooting for network issues at L1 level. Utilize MRTG and Netman2000 for effective network performance monitoring. Perform end-to-end fault management to ensure service reliability.

Execute L1/L2 network fault management and troubleshooting activities for enterprise services. Support customer connectivity environments with MPLS, BGP, VPN, and IP technologies. Use operational tools such as MSAP, BRAS, Netman2000, U2000, and Element Viewer for fault isolation and service restoration. Coordinate efforts for incident resolution to ensure service availability for enterprise customers.
