Mahmoud H. is a seasoned Water Resources Engineer with over two decades of expertise in the field of water resources planning, hydrological modeling, and geospatial analysis within Iran. Holding a Master’s degree in Civil Engineering focused on Water Resources, and a Bachelor’s in Irrigation and Drainage Engineering, he brings advanced technical proficiency to every project. His career includes pivotal roles at the Iran Water Resources Management Company and Moshanir Consulting Engineers, where he applied SWAT, WEAP, and HEC-HMS for water balance and runoff modeling, and conducted GIS and remote sensing analyses using ArcGIS Pro/QGIS and Google Earth Engine. Mahmoud is adept at designing hydrological databases with SQL Server and MS Access and has contributed to several significant projects, including pollution surveys and artificial recharge initiatives. His technical skills are complemented by expertise in programming with Python and VB.NET.
