Her proven expertise lies in programme management, monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and grant and sub-grant management for governments, NGOs, and international development partners such as UNFPA, PEPFAR, and the Global Fund. Monica has orchestrated initiatives like the Belize Adolescent Pregnancy Prevention Project and supported capacity-building efforts in HIV treatment sites. Her role at the Caribbean Vulnerable Communities Coalition involved coordinating regional programmes in human rights, gender equality, and health systems strengthening while successfully mobilizing substantial funding. With a Master’s in Project Management from CNAM/IIM in Paris and a Bachelor's in Marketing from Prairie View A&M University, Monica's comprehensive experience is strengthened by her skills in data analysis, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement.
