Silvana K. is an experienced higher education leader and management lecturer who has made significant contributions to the fields of academia and training development. She earned her Bachelor of Business Management majoring in International Business Management from Asia Pacific University of Technology & Innovation, and a Master of Management from the University of Mulawarman. As a permanent lecturer at STIE Tenggarong since 2016, she has taught numerous subjects including management and marketing, as well as English and research methodology. Silvana also served as Chairperson, overseeing institutional development and managing strategic partnerships. Since May 2025, she has taken on the role of Operations Manager at Widya Pandawa Academy, a training startup where she leads academic operations and ensures the quality of training programs for a diverse clientele. Her expertise is further evidenced by her public policy consultancy projects and research grants aimed at business development and language preservation. She is proficient in research analysis software, problem solving, and maintains a C-1 level proficiency in English.
