He has played key roles in organisations such as World Vision Kenya, CISP, WFP, FAO, NDMA, and Caritas Meru, delivering technical advisory support and national-level leadership for rural and vulnerable communities. Thomas M. has advanced expertise in inclusive livelihood programming, climate-resilient agriculture, and market systems development, with a strong background in monitoring and evaluation and financial inclusion models. He has led programme design, technical quality assurance, partner capacity strengthening, and multi-stakeholder coordination, with a special commitment to disability-inclusive and community-based development in the agricultural and humanitarian sectors. Thomas M. holds a Master’s in Project Planning and Management and a Bachelor’s in Agricultural Engineering.
