Ecommerce Lead Generation VA (Shopify / TikTok Brands)

We are Kyros Distribution, a fast-growing fulfilment and logistics company based in Australia. We help ecommerce brands store, pack, and ship their orders so they can focus on growing.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to help us find ecommerce brands that need fulfilment services.

Your Responsibilities

• Find 50–100 ecommerce brands per day
• Research brands on TikTok, Instagram, and Google
• Identify brands that:
• Sell physical products
• Are growing
• Are packing orders themselves

For each lead, you will collect:

• Brand name
• Website link
• Instagram or TikTok link
• Estimated followers
• Notes (example: “packing orders daily”, “small team”)

Tools You Will Use

• TikTok
• Instagram
• Google
• Google Sheets

What We Are Looking For

• Good English communication
• Attention to detail
• Ability to follow instructions
• Fast and efficient worker

Bonus (Optional)

• Experience with lead generation
• Experience with ecommerce or Shopify
• Ability to send outreach messages

Daily Target

• 50–100 qualified leads per day
