Social Media & Content Associate (Remote)

Mission: Help us stay consistent and engaging across our social platforms. You will work within our Content Planner to ensure our travel-related posts are ready for the world to see.

• Key Responsibilities: Organize and schedule content based on our Post Ideas document. Write engaging captions for travel photos. Monitor comments and engage with our community to build loyalty.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams to resolve issues and improve our overall customer satisfaction.

Data Accuracy: Keep our Travel Clients database and Applicant Follow-Up reports updated and accurate.

• Feedback Analysis: Review client feedback to help us identify trends and ways to make our services even better.
• Toolkit: Creative mindset, basic knowledge of Canva/Social media platforms, and excellent written English.

Communication: Strong written English skills with a friendly, professional tone.

Growth Mindset: Must be coachable and willing to learn new systems quickly.
