SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT VA – QUIET COURAGE PUBLISHING

We are looking for a reliable long-term Virtual Assistant to help create, organize, and schedule social media content for books and journals in the relationship, healing, self-help, parenting, and emotional wellness niches.

This is NOT a high-pressure marketing job. We are looking for someone organized, creative, dependable, and consistent.

Main Responsibilities:

• Create and schedule social media posts
• Repurpose existing book content into short-form posts
• Create Canva quote graphics and simple carousel posts
• Schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Organize weekly content calendars
• Help maintain consistent posting
• Track basic engagement metrics weekly

Content Topics Include:

• Attachment styles
• Avoidant/anxious relationships
• Emotional healing
• Journaling
• Parenting memory books
• Self-reflection and emotional wellness

Required Skills:

• Canva
• Social media posting/scheduling
• Basic graphic design
• Good written English
• Organization and reliability
• Ability to follow content style and instructions

BONUS Skills:

• CapCut or short-form video editing
• Familiarity with ChatGPT/AI tools
• Pinterest experience
• Experience with book publishing or self-help content

Work Expectations:

• Approximately 3 posts per day per platform
• Most content will be repurposed/adapted from existing materials
• Content will often be batch-created and scheduled weekly
• Consistency is more important than perfection
