Accountant

Expected Outcomes

• Reconcile bank statements, general ledgers, and balance sheets efficiently to ensure financial integrity.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements that inform strategic decisions.
• Manage the accounts payable and receivable processes to optimize cash flow.
• Prepare tax payments and returns, ensuring compliance with federal regulations to mitigate risk.
• Identify and resolve financial discrepancies promptly, contributing to improved financial health.
• Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring transparency and adherence to best practices.
• Enhance attention to detail and accuracy in all financial activities, fostering trust and reliability.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
• Utilize excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to provide actionable financial insights.

Prerequisites

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, 3+ years of experience in accounting, proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero), solid understanding of GAAP principles, familiarity with tax compliance regulations, strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, attention to detail, problem-solving mindset.
