    • For Employers: Company name, job descriptions, hiring criteria, and business contact info.
  • Payment Data: Billing address and transaction history. Note: We do not store full credit card numbers; payments are processed by secure third-party providers (e.g., Stripe/PayPal).
  • Usage Data: IP address, browser type, device info, log data, and cookies to improve platform security and performance.

3. AI Processing of Uploaded Documents

When you upload a resume or other document to online.jobs, you consent to that document being processed by artificial intelligence systems for the purpose of automatically generating your profile content. Uploaded documents are processed solely to create profile information and are not shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. How We Use Your Information

    • Email Communications: We use email service providers (such as Brevo) to send transactional emails (password resets, notifications) and marketing newsletters. These providers process your email address and delivery status (e.g., open rates) strictly to deliver our communications.
    • Analytics & Performance: We may use tools to monitor platform stability and performance.
