1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website Online.jobs (the "Service"), provided by Online Jobs Media LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Online.jobs is a global online platform connecting individuals seeking employment ("Jobseekers") with companies seeking to hire ("Employers").

Important Disclaimer: We are a venue, not an employment agency or recruitment firm. We do not interview, screen, or background check users, and we do not guarantee that any Employer will hire a Jobseeker or that any Jobseeker is qualified.

3. Eligibility & Account Security

  • Age: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account activities.

4. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  1. Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content.
  2. Post jobs that require upfront fees, unpaid trial work without base pay, or involve illegal activities.
  3. Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or collect data from the Service without our written permission.
  4. Harass, abuse, or spam other users.
  5. Resell or share your account credentials with third parties.
  6. Post job listings with intentionally misleading, false, or missing compensation information.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules without refund.

5. Subscription & Payments

  • Fees: Certain features (e.g., contacting candidates, posting jobs) may require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed at checkout.
  • Billing: Subscription fees are billed in advance.
  • Refund Policy: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases if you are not satisfied.
  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Our Content: The design, code, logos, and features of Online.jobs are owned by Online Jobs Media LLC.
  • Your Content: You retain ownership of the content (résumés, job ads) you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to display and use this content to operate the Service.

Data Storage & Third-Party Hosting:
You acknowledge that your content (including résumés and media) is stored using third-party cloud storage providers (e.g., Cloudflare R2). While we select reputable vendors with high security standards, we are not liable for data loss caused by third-party infrastructure failures outside our reasonable control. We recommend keeping backup copies of your important documents.

7. AI-Generated Profile Content

When you upload a resume or document to create your profile, online.jobs uses artificial intelligence to automatically generate profile content from that document. You acknowledge and agree that AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, misrepresentations, or inaccuracies. online.jobs makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated profile content. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all profile information before and after publication. online.jobs accepts no liability for any loss, damage, or harm arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading AI-generated profile content.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including the laws of the State of Wyoming), Online Jobs Media LLC shall not be liable for:

  1. Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  2. Any loss of data, opportunities, or reputation.
  3. The conduct or content of any third party (User or Employer) on the Service.
  4. Users in certain jurisdictions, including the European Economic Area, may have additional rights regarding their personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details.
  5. We reserve the right to remove any freelancer profile that contains false, misleading, inaccurate, or inappropriate content.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the last 12 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sheridan County, Wyoming.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
