Architect Design Masterplan

As an Architect Design Masterplan in a Remote setting, you will leverage your expertise in 3D Revit to create comprehensive masterplan files that integrate various design components. This role requires a keen understanding of leisure and entertainment logistics, both indoor and outdoor, while adhering to specific circulation and FLS requirements and standards. A solid grasp of EU regulations, particularly those relevant to France, Belgium, and the Netherlands, is essential for success in this position.

What You'll Do

• Develop and integrate design components from DWG files into a cohesive masterplan using 3D Revit.
• Create distinct layers within the masterplan to address various design elements and requirements.
• Analyze and incorporate leisure and entertainment logistics, ensuring optimal indoor and outdoor flow.
• Ensure compliance with FLS standards and regulations across all design aspects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine design approaches and enhance project outcomes.
• Conduct thorough reviews of local EU regulations, specifically focusing on those pertinent to France, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as an architect with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in masterplanning.
• Proficiency in 3D Revit and familiarity with DWG file integration.
• Knowledge of leisure and entertainment logistics, including indoor and outdoor circulation requirements.
• Understanding of FLS requirements and standards applicable to architectural design.
