Associate Family Law Attorney – Remote (California)

We are a full-service family law firm with deep experience litigating and negotiating complex divorces and all family law matters across the San Francisco Bay Area, Los Angeles, and Orange County. Our talented team handles the full range of family law matters, including property division, custody disputes, and prenuptial agreements.

What We're Looking For:

• 2–4 years of hands-on family law experience (not adjacent litigation — family law foundation is required)
• Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a fully remote environment

What You'll Do:

• Litigate and negotiate complex divorces and family law matters
• Handle property division, custody disputes, prenuptial agreements, and more
• Represent clients in court, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Focus exclusively on practicing law — no collections, no admin, no secondary roles

What We Offer:

• Salary: $140,000–$180,000 (based on experience and agreed billable hours target)
• 401(k) with 4% match
• Fully remote within California, with shared office spaces available in the Bay Area, Los Angeles, and Orange County for client meetings, depositions, or mediations
