I'm looking for a Business Intelligence and data analytics professional to design and implement an automated, comprehensive reporting system. We currently use the World Office ERP desktop version (local installation with a SQL Server database) and want to eliminate manual data extraction processes. Project Scope (Areas to be Automized): Logistics and Inventory: Real-time stock levels, minimum/maximum stock alerts, inventory turnover, and warehouse valuation. Sales and Marketing (POS): Sales analysis by period, profit margins by product/category, and sales performance by salesperson. Finance: Cash flow monitoring, aging accounts receivable/payable, and income/expense consolidation. Freelancer Requirements: Advanced experience in data extraction and modeling from SQL Server. Expert proficiency in Power BI (preferred for connecting everything in a unified dashboard) or advanced Excel (Macros/VBA). Highly valued: Prior knowledge of the World Office Colombia table structure. Deliverables: Configuration of a secure connection to our local database. Interactive and visual dashboards for all three areas. A short video or manual explaining how to update the data on a daily basis. The project will be implemented in phases (starting with Inventory) to ensure the quality of each module.
