About the Role: We are looking for a tech-savvy Automation & AI Workflows Specialist. If you are a wizard with Claude Code, AI prompting, and automation platforms, this role is for you. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and converting various business workflows into seamless, automated systems to scale our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• AI & Code Automation: Using Claude Code and other advanced AI tools to write scripts, debug, and automate repetitive tasks.
• Workflow Conversion: Analyzing our current manual workflows (CS, fulfillment, data entry) and converting them into automated systems.
• Integration Management: Building and maintaining robust connections between Shopify, CRM systems, and communication channels using APIs, Make.com, or Zapier.
• System Optimization: Continuously testing and refining existing automations to ensure 100% reliability and speed.

Requirements:

• Tech Skills: Advanced experience with Claude Code, GitHub, and API integrations.
• Automation Tools: Highly proficient in Make.com (Integromat) and/or Zapier.
• Problem Solver: You can look at a messy manual process and immediately see how to automate it cleanly.
• Communication: Strong English communication skills and ability to work remotely.

What We Offer:

• Rate: $5 - $8 per hour (depending on your technical expertise).
