Cold Caller

Position: Cold Caller

Salary: Up to $7/hr

Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)

Working Hours: 10 AM to 2 PM UK Time

Your main responsibilities will be to:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients using provided lead lists
• Introduce the company’s services clearly and confidently to generate interest
• Qualify leads based on set criteria and identify potential opportunities
• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups in the CRM
• Handle objections professionally and keep conversations engaging
• Meet daily and weekly call and conversion targets

You MUST:

• Be charismatic and confident on the phone
• Have excellent verbal communication and listening skills
• Be highly disciplined, consistent, and target-driven
• Be reliable with strong time management and accountability
• Have a positive attitude and resilience when facing rejection

Must-have qualifications:

• Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a similar sales role
• Experience using CRM systems (preferably GoHighLevel / GHL)
• Familiarity with Leadforge or similar lead generation tools
• Strong English communication skills (neutral or clear accent)
• Stable internet connection and a quiet working environment

• Experience working with UK-based clients or markets
