Content Manager

🚨 We're hiring a Content Manager in Latin America

Remote, full-time, async-first.

Our client is a serial entrepreneur and founder with multiple companies under his belt, the kind of operator who generates more ideas in a week than most teams execute in a quarter. He needs a strategic content partner to run the full content engine behind his personal brand: LinkedIn, Substack, short-form video, and lead magnets.

You'll be mining raw founder material: transcripts, Looms, voice notes, and turning it into high-quality content that builds a real audience and drives inbound leads.

What you'll own:

→ Daily LinkedIn posts, written in the founder's voice

→ A growing Substack publication

→ Multi-format content (essays, clips, carousels, newsletters)

→ Community management and relationship-building

→ Reporting tied to real business outcomes

You're the right fit if you:

✅ Have 3+ years in content (agency, in-house, or freelance)

✅ Can ghostwrite and hold someone else's voice

✅ Know LinkedIn deeply: formats, behavior, what actually works

✅ Work with AI tools without producing generic output

✅ Bring proposals, not questions
