About the role

We are looking for a Content Manager to run the content pipeline

for multiple content creators across Instagram, Snapchat and Threads.


This is one of the most important roles in the team.

Every posting VA depends on you to keep things running smoothly. If the content pipeline stops, everything stops.


What you will be doing:


INSTAGRAM

- Create 3 niche Instagram accounts and train the FYP to show relevant content

- Save the best performing videos and upload them to TikTok so our content creators can copy them

- Find captions for each reel in the correct language

- Track how reels perform and give feedback on what to improve

- Find pictures for stories and write CTA texts for them


SNAPCHAT

- Same as Instagram — find content examples, captions and story pictures

- Keep the content fresh and relevant to the target market


SOUNDS

- Find trending sounds for each model on both Instagram and Snapchat

- Update the sound list regularly — trends change fast


GOOGLE DRIVE

- Manage and organise the Google Drive folder for each content creator

- Flag when content is running low


AIRTABLE

- Fill in all caption lists for each content creator across all platforms

- Help onboard each new posting VA by making sure their Airtable is ready

🌍 Can write and translate captions in multiple languages using ChatGPT or own knowledge
