Dental Recall/ Appointment setter

🚨 Dental Recall / Appointment Setter (Phone-Based – Long-Term Role)

We are a growing dental practice in Atlanta, USA looking for a highly motivated, confident, and persistent phone caller to help us reactivate patients and fill our schedule.

This is NOT a passive virtual assistant role.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable on the phone, persuasive, and results-driven.

🎯 Your Main Responsibilities:

• Call overdue patients and schedule appointments
• Follow up with unscheduled treatments
• Fill open schedule gaps
• Answer basic patient questions and guide them to book
• Track daily calls and appointments booked

🔥 Who We’re Looking For:

• Excellent English (clear, confident speaking)
• Strong personality – not afraid to take control of a call
• Persistent and goal-oriented
• Experience in appointment setting / sales / call center is a BIG plus
• Dental experience is a bonus (but not required)

❗ IMPORTANT:

If a patient says “I’ll call back later,” you should be able to confidently respond and guide them to book the appointment NOW.

We are NOT looking for someone who just says “okay” and moves on.

💰 Pay & Schedule:

• $5–$8/hour (based on experience)
• Part-time to start (20 hours/week)
• Opportunity to grow into full-time
