Digital Marketing Assistant (Google Ads & AI Content Specialist)

We are a dynamic marketing agency managing a diverse portfolio of projects. Our work is split between high-volume Adult Dating sites and traditional PPC (Google Ads) management for various industries. We leverage in-house AI tools to stay ahead of the curve and are looking for a technical, detail-oriented assistant to help scale our operations.

The Role:

You will be the Digital Operations Specialist. While the founder handles the high-level strategy and client roadmap, you will be the primary lead on implementation. You’ll take our campaign blueprints and turn them into reality, managing the flow of content through our AI tools, ensuring our PPC accounts are technically sound, and keeping our landing pages running smoothly. We are looking for someone who takes pride in "clean" execution and technical accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

PPC Execution (Google Ads): Duplicating ad groups, performing keyword swaps, and tweaking ad headlines/descriptions based on provided templates.

AI Content Management: Using our in-house AI tools to generate blog posts. You will review the output, ensure it makes sense, and perform basic SEO checks.

Basic HTML Maintenance: Our tools have built-in error reporting. You will be responsible for fixing minor HTML formatting issues (e.g., adding missing or tags) when flagged.

Social Media: Using LLMs (ChatGPT/Grok/Claude) to create social posts and scheduling them via Buffer and Meta Business Suite.

Landing Pages: Deploying new pages using our custom internal software.

Requirements:

Niche Comfort: You must be comfortable working with adult dating content.

Google Ads Experience: Familiarity with the Google Ads dashboard. You should know how to navigate campaigns, ad groups, and ads confidently.

AI Proficient: Experience using LLMs to generate and edit content.

Basic HTML Literacy: Able to read and fix simple tags in a code-view editor.

Reliable & Detail-Oriented: You take pride in "error-free" work and follow SOPs to the letter.
