Experienced Virtual Assistant for Our Business - Remote

We are seeking an Experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team in a Remote capacity. This part-time role is perfect for someone who excels in client account management and is passionate about delivering exceptional service to our clients.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Proactively check in with clients via email, chat, or scheduled calls to understand their needs, address concerns, and gather feedback.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services that align with client goals, presenting recommendations and closing small-scale upsells.
• Maintain and update our CRM (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) with client interactions, account health scores, renewal dates, and action items.
• Monitor contract end dates and subscription renewals, preparing renewal proposals and coordinating with clients to secure renewals.
• Prepare monthly or quarterly account performance reports (e.g., usage metrics, ROI, satisfaction data) and present key insights to clients or internal leadership.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in client account management or a similar role, demonstrating strong relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Pipedrive.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple client accounts and priorities simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and issue resolution, ensuring client concerns are addressed promptly.
• Experience in preparing reports and presenting insights to clients or stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in sales or upselling within a client-facing role.
• Knowledge of performance metrics and reporting tools.
