Hiring for full-time work for a Capcut / TikTok editor

You will be making UGC/TikTok shop videos using Capcut or the video editing software of your choice. The editing process is fairly simple and straightforward. Anyone who is proficient in video editing should have no problem with the basic tasks such as:

Cutting dead space in talking head videos

Adding overlay images on screen in the videos

Minor effects such as dynamic zoom, cropping, etc.

Producing b-roll content from voiceover and footage provided, having the ability to digest what is being said and pair up the audio with corresponding footage.

You will be working with me on my tiktok shop page and editing UGC videos!

Requirements:

HIGH AGENCY & PRO-ACTIVE PERSONALITY (Not reactive. Need minimal guidance)

Consistent work ethic

End to end video delivery (Raw videos and assets -> completed video)

Quick turnaround time

Attention to detail. Videos need to be perfect

Great communication skills

Strong English

Strong internet connection

Previous experience with Capcut / TikTok / Instagram

Ability to learn and take constructive feedback quick

Ability to hop on google calls for feedback & messaging through telegram/whatsapp

Availability to work 3-6h a day consistently (with potential for more and increased salary)

Able to work 5-6 days per week (can take days off whenever as long as mostly consistent)

Can take payments through Wise

Starting at $400/month + potential for increase to 1k/m within the first 2-3 months.

Please complete the following steps:

Download the files and import into your video editing software

Find the “good” takes and edit them together with no empty space in between

Overlay images when appropriate

Pay close attention to detail in the selection of the clips, the pacing (duration of each scene), cropping, etc.

The goal is to recreate the video 1:1 or make it better

Message me a google drive link to the re-created video/videos (One recreated video is enough)

If you get hired you would be editing 5-10 of similar videos daily. I will be uploading a raw recording and you will need to edit it into a final polished video.

Please don't waste my or your own time. This is a near full time job with a very high upside. Only apply if you are serious about this.
