Furniture Layout & SketchUp Rendering Assistant (Fast Production)

We are a Korea-based company focused on fast furniture layout and 3D proposal production.

Our workflow is simple and repeatable:

We provide a floor plan and requirements, and you create:

• 2D furniture layout (clear and practical)
• SketchUp 3D model
• 2~4 rendering images

This is NOT a creative design role.

You must follow instructions exactly and work fast.

Requirements:

• SketchUp (required)
• AutoCAD or similar (preferred)
• V-Ray or Enscape (for rendering)
• Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines
• Good communication (daily updates)

Working Style:

• Step 1: 2D layout → review
• Step 2: 3D model → review
• Step 3: Rendering

We check work at each step. Accuracy is very important.

Important Notes:

• Speed > creativity
• Consistency > design ideas
• Following instructions is critical

Test Task:

All applicants must complete a test task.

(2D layout + 3D + 2 render images within 48 hours)
