✅ Experience: 1-3 years of experience handling customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or calls in both German and English.

✅Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or calls in both German and English.

* Provide accurate information about products, services, or account-related concerns.

* Troubleshoot customer issues and coordinate with related teams for escalations or

resolutions.

* Translate and interpret documents, messages, and instructions between German and

English when necessary.

* Maintain detailed and accurate records of interactions in CRM or ticketing tools.

* Meet performance metrics such as quality scores, response time, and customer

satisfaction.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and data protection standards.

* Assist with process improvements by providing feedback based on customer insights.

✅Qualifications

* Proficiency in German (B2–C1 or native) and English, both written and verbal.

* Previous experience in customer service, support, BPO, or multilingual roles is an

advantage. Newbies are welcome to apply.

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

* Willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, or holidays as required.

* Familiarity with CRM platforms or ticketing systems is a plus.
