Short-term goals (First 30 days)

• Collaborate with the team to research and secure venues for three live events.
• Begin building the master event timeline, ensuring all logistics are accounted for.
• Establish communication channels with suppliers, including AV, catering, and staffing.
• Create attendee WhatsApp groups and manage pre-event communications.
• Attend weekly meetings to report progress and update the project tracker in Notion.

Long-term impact (First Year)

• Successfully manage logistics for three major events, including a flagship 500-person event in London.
• Develop strong relationships with speakers, partners, and suppliers, enhancing networking opportunities.
• Contribute to post-event activities, including collecting testimonials and conducting team debriefs.
• Establish yourself as a reliable team member, paving the way for potential permanent roles within the organization.
