IP Litigation Attorney | San Diego (Del Mar), San Francisco, or Silicon Valley

We are seeking a talented IP Litigation Attorney for immediate interview across our San Diego (Del Mar), San Francisco, and Silicon Valley offices. This is an exceptional opportunity to join a sophisticated patent litigation practice handling high-stakes matters in federal courts, the ITC, and PTAB.

What We're Looking For:

• JD from an accredited law school
• 3–6 years of patent litigation experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Admission to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
• Excellent analytical, writing, and problem-solving skills
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach

What You'll Do:

• Handle patent litigation in federal district court, including fact development, discovery, motion practice, expert issues, and trial preparation
• Manage ITC (Section 337) investigations, including coordination with parallel district court and/or PTAB proceedings
• Draft high-quality briefs, motions, and client communications
• Work closely with technical experts and quickly master complex technologies to build clear, persuasive arguments
• Handle PTAB proceedings, including IPRs
• Engage with SEP/FRAND disputes and matters involving telecommunications and multimedia standards (e.g., cellular, Wi-Fi, video coding)

What We Offer:

• Salary: $260,000–$390,000
