Position Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, dedicated, and results-driven Job Bidder to support remote IT and software development job applications worldwide. The primary target market includes Latin American countries such as Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Chile, and other Spanish-speaking regions.

The Job Bidder will be responsible for identifying suitable remote job opportunities and submitting applications using company-provided candidate profiles. The primary objective of this role is to secure interview or meeting invitation links from submitted applications.

This is a performance-based role ideal for individuals who are consistent, detail-oriented, and capable of handling a high volume of daily applications.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Search for remote IT and software development job opportunities

✅ Submit job applications using provided profiles and resumes

✅ Customize proposals or application messages when necessary

✅ Track submitted applications and monitor responses

✅ Secure valid interview or meeting invitation links from employers or clients

✅ Maintain accurate daily and weekly application reports

✅ Follow company workflow, standards, and submission guidelines

Qualifications

✅ Experience in job bidding, lead generation, recruitment support, or online application management is an advantage

✅ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

✅ Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy

✅ Good written English communication skills

✅ Familiarity with remote job platforms is preferred

✅ Self-motivated and able to work independently

Compensation

This role follows a performance-based compensation structure.

▪️$5 per valid meeting/interview invitation link received

▪️Expected earning potential is around $50–$75 weekly, depending on performance and workflow efficiency

▪️Opportunity for higher earnings as workflow expands and performance improves
