Legal

• Contract Management: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, including international agreements and construction contracts, following standards like FIDIC 
• Legal Advisory: Providing guidance on corporate governance, labor law, investment law, economic law, and other regulatory matters 
• Compliance and Risk Management: Ensuring the company adheres to local laws, regulations, and industry standards, and identifying potential legal risks 

• Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Conducting legal due diligence, reviewing potential projects or companies, and preparing necessary documentation for transactions 

• Dispute Resolution: Participating in litigation, arbitration, or other dispute resolution processes 

• Regulatory Liaison: Coordinating with government authorities, tax offices, and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance 

Required Skills and Qualifications

Legal specialists are expected to have:

• Strong knowledge of the legal system, including enterprise law, labor law, investment law, and economic law 

• Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess legal risks and provide actionable recommendations 

• Communication and negotiation skills for interacting with internal teams, external partners, and government authorities 

• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple legal tasks simultaneously 

• Educational background in law, often with a degree in legal studies or equivalent professional experience.
