We are seeking a Business Development Partner with a strong software development background to represent our team on remote contract platforms such as LinkedIn and AngelList.

In this role, you will act as the client-facing representative, handling interviews, introductory meetings, and communication with potential clients, while our engineering team manages all technical execution and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Attend client interviews and discovery meetings
• Represent our agency professionally on remote hiring platforms
• Communicate client requirements to the internal engineering team
• Build strong relationships with potential clients
• Help secure long-term development contracts and partnerships

Requirements

• 4–5 years of software development experience
• Strong understanding of modern web or mobile development
• Native-level or highly fluent English communication skills
• Professional and confident communication style
• Comfortable speaking with international clients in remote meetings
