About the role:
We’re looking for a Growth Relations Manager to drive liquidity growth by building and managing relationships with high-value liquidity providers, from institutional funds to on-chain native capital. You’ll identify and engage key allocators, craft tailored value propositions, and support them in deploying and optimising capital
This is a highly strategic, externally facing role that blends relationship management with on-chain fluency. You’ll work closely with BD and incentives teams to convert pipeline into TVL, while building a scalable approach to growth from the ground up.

ompensation & Package
They offer base salary + tokens (4 year grant backwaited schedule) + cash bonus (based on company revenue and multiplier based on performance and seniority)
