PPC Manager / Paid Media Specialist (Experienced Only)

We’re looking for an experienced PPC Manager to take ownership of paid media performance across a portfolio of UK clients.

This is not a task-based role.

We’re not looking for someone to “manage ads”.

We want someone who understands how to drive results, improve account performance, and communicate clearly with clients.

We are a leading marketing agency in the UK, established for over 14 years.

We currently work with around 20+ active PPC clients across industries including finance, property, e-commerce and service-based businesses.

Our focus is simple.

Deliver marketing that drives real business results and build long-term client relationships.


The role

You’ll be responsible for managing and improving PPC performance across multiple client accounts.

Main platforms:



  • Google Ads
  • Microsoft Advertising

You will:


  • Take full ownership of client accounts
  • Optimise campaigns to improve ROI and reduce wasted spend
  • Analyse performance and make clear, data-driven decisions
  • Improve tracking, structure and campaign efficiency
  • Work with us to align PPC with wider strategy
  • Deliver reporting that clients can actually understand
  • Identify growth opportunities across accounts

We are not looking for someone to follow instructions.

We are looking for someone who can lead and improve accounts with confidence.


Experience required

  • Proven experience managing PPC campaigns at a solid level
  • Experience working with UK-based agencies or UK clients is essential
  • Strong understanding of Google Ads and campaign optimisation
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts
  • Good understanding of tracking, conversions and performance data
  • Ability to communicate clearly without overcomplicating things

Bonus if you’ve worked with:


  • GA4 or Tag Manager
  • Looker Studio
  • Lead generation campaigns
  • E-commerce accounts

Important

This is not a beginner role.

If you need step-by-step guidance, this won’t be the right fit.

We’re looking for someone who can step in, take control and improve performance.
