• Conduct initial outreach and engage with potential candidates to gauge interest and fit.
• Maintain a well-organized database of candidates and track communication effectively.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific requirements and preferences for each role.
• Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a smooth process.
• Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate feedback.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role, preferably in the tech industry.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms, particularly LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with candidates professionally.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Availability to work during U.S. time zones, accommodating the needs of the team.
