As we enter a controlled testing phase, we need a dedicated recruiter to engage contributors primarily from the United States and European Union. Your role will involve finding trustworthy candidates whose real-world experiences will help us refine our platform.

How You'll Solve It

• Source and identify suitable contributors/testers from the US and EU.
• Clearly explain the Nerohalla platform and the testing process to potential contributors.
• Manage outreach and communication with candidates effectively.
• Screen candidates to ensure they meet our trustworthiness criteria.
• Coordinate onboarding steps to integrate contributors smoothly into the testing phase.
• Help maintain ongoing engagement and communication with contributors throughout the testing period.
