As a Recruitment Researcher / Talent Sourcer, you will play a crucial role in GenieSolutions, a fast-growing software development company operating remotely. This position offers an exciting opportunity to enhance our recruitment efforts by identifying and engaging with top talent across various platforms.

Expected Outcomes

• Identify and secure LinkedIn profiles for candidates based on provided some info.
• Professionally reach out to candidates, sharing detailed job descriptions and engaging them in the application process.
• Collect and organize resumes in a structured format for easy review by the hiring team.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates to maximize response rates and resume collection.
• Contribute to a streamlined recruitment process by maintaining organized records of candidate interactions.

Prerequisites

Experience with LinkedIn search and candidate outreach, strong written English skills, organized and reliable work ethic, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prior experience in recruitment research, HR assistance, or lead generation is a plus.
