Reels Editor-Video Editor

Role Overview We are looking for a high-level Reels Editor who understands the psychology of attention and the aesthetic of a premium personal brand. This role is not just about cutting clips; it’s about Retention Architecture—turning raw footage into high-impact, narrative-driven content.

Key Responsibilities

• Retention Editing: Craft Reels using kinetic typography, sound design, and micro-interruptions to maximize watch time.
• Narrative Visualization: Translate abstract business metaphors into visual sequences using raw footage and motion graphics.
• Brand Integrity: Adapt viral trends to fit a high-end, authoritative personal brand without losing class.
• Post-Production: Handle color grading, noise reduction, and AI-driven captioning for a polished, cinematic look.

Requirements

• Proven portfolio of high-retention Reels or short-form video content.
• Expertise in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or high-end mobile editing suites (CapCut Desktop/Final Cut etc).
• Deep understanding of Retention Graphs and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and find the "story" in raw, unscripted footage.
• Excellent organizational skills for managing large volumes of raw assets.
