Expected Outcomes

• Cultivate and nurture relationships with new and existing customers to enhance client loyalty.
• Drive sales of our diverse packaging products, including EPS, EPP foam products, plastic bags, stretch film, and adhesive tape throughout the U.S. market.
• Identify and pursue new client opportunities and emerging industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets, contributing to overall revenue growth and business success.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and elevate client satisfaction.

Prerequisites

Experience in B2B sales, background in packaging or related industries preferred, strong interpersonal and communication skills, adept negotiation abilities, results-driven mindset, ability to work independently, bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish or English/Chinese) is a plus.
