Senior Executive Assistant

You’ll also take charge of social media management, creating engaging content that reflects our brand’s voice and values.

Your creative flair will shine through in your Canva design and marketing support efforts, as you craft visually appealing materials that capture attention and drive engagement. Familiarity with HubSpot will be a significant asset, enabling you to manage our customer relationships and streamline our marketing initiatives effectively. In addition to these responsibilities, you will provide essential executive support and administrative tasks, ensuring that our team operates at peak efficiency.

Moreover, your experience with HR-related tasks—particularly within the U.S. context—will be invaluable as you assist in various personnel functions. You will be the backbone of our executive operations, juggling multiple responsibilities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
