Specialist Type: Part-Time, Remote, Ongoing (consistent hours every day)
About the Role
We are a growing activewear brand looking for a creative, driven, and highly organized Social Media Manager to join our team on a part-time basis. This is not a post-and-ghost role. We need someone who is fully invested in growing our brand presence every single day across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook through eye-catching content, strategic campaigns, and consistent community engagement.
We will provide you with an unlimited library of high quality photos and videos of our products. Your job is to take that content and turn it into scroll-stopping ad creatives, engaging organic posts, and paid social campaigns that drive real results — more followers, more engagement, and more sales.
What You Will Be Doing Every Day
Designing polished on-brand ad creatives daily using Canva, Adobe Express, or your preferred design tool. Editing short-form video content for Instagram Reels and TikTok using provided footage. Writing captions that are engaging, on-brand, and conversion-focused. Scheduling and posting content consistently across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. Managing comments, DMs, and community engagement across all platforms. Creating and managing paid social ad campaigns on Meta aimed at growing our audience and driving sales. Monitoring performance metrics including reach, engagement rate, click-through rate, and conversions. Providing weekly performance reports with clear insights and recommendations. Staying on top of social media trends and proactively suggesting content ideas that align with what is performing right now.
Requirements
Minimum 1 to 2 years of social media management experience for a brand, not just personal accounts. Must have a strong portfolio showing ad creatives and organic content designed and managed. Proficient in Canva at minimum — Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or similar video editing tools are a strong plus. Experience managing Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook business accounts. Understanding of Meta Ads Manager for running paid campaigns. Strong eye for aesthetics — must be able to match and elevate a brand's visual identity. Sharp copywriting skills — captions need to be engaging and drive action. Highly organized and able to manage a consistent daily content schedule without being micromanaged. Must be available for a set number of hours every day Monday through Sunday. Must provide examples of past work including creatives made and accounts managed.
Nice to Have
Experience in fashion, streetwear, activewear, or lifestyle brands. Knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager. Experience with social media scheduling tools like Later, Buffer, or Planoly. Experience growing brand accounts from scratch.
Compensation
Competitive part-time rate based on experience. Paid weekly. This is a long-term role with real opportunity to grow into a full-time position as the brand scales.
