Mission

• Share our proposal document and gather their honest feedback.
• Identify developers who demonstrate interest in our project.

• Ability to navigate and leverage developer communities or networks effectively.
• Previous recruiting or sourcing experience is advantageous but not mandatory.

Payment

Trial Period

Commission only: $100–$250 for each qualified developer who shows genuine interest and is introduced to us.

After the Trial Period

Potential transition to a weekly or bi-weekly fixed payment arrangement for ongoing work.
