The Challenge

As our Supply Chain Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing supplier relationships, ensuring product quality, and optimizing logistics. Our brand is growing rapidly, and we need someone who can navigate the complexities of working with suppliers primarily based in Asia while maintaining the high standards our customers expect. You will be instrumental in streamlining operations as we explore new markets and product lines.


How You'll Solve It

  • Maintain daily communication with suppliers, primarily in Asia, ensuring smooth operations and timely responses.
  • Scout, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers while negotiating pricing for both new and existing products.
  • Implement structured and documented communication to enhance supplier relationships.
  • Coordinate quality checks before products are shipped, reviewing samples for sizing, material, and finish.
  • Provide clear feedback to suppliers and follow up diligently until issues are resolved.
  • Monitor and optimize delivery timelines, addressing shipping issues and escalating when necessary.
  • Work with the customer service team to coordinate the returns process effectively.
  • Align stock levels with sales forecasts to maintain optimum inventory.
  • Contribute ideas for opening new markets or product lines, documenting and systematizing processes for scalability.
  • Report directly to the founder on costs, lead times, and quality to drive strategic decisions.

If you have experience with Asian suppliers, a sharp eye for quality, and the ability to work independently without micromanagement, we want to hear from you. E-commerce or Shopify experience is a plus, along with strong communication skills to liaise effectively with both suppliers and internal teams.
