Surplus Funds recovery Firm seeking an experienced CRM Manager with a proven track record working with Excess Elite CRM and strong knowledge of the surplus funds industry. This role is critical to managing and optimizing our SMS, email, and cold-calling campaigns to maximize lead conversions.


SURPLUS FUNDS EXPERIENCE IS MANDATORY FOR THIS POSITION


Requirements

Proven experience using Excess Elite CRM (REQUIRED – must have hands-on experience)

Background in the surplus funds, foreclosure surplus, or asset recovery industry

Strong understanding of SMS marketing strategy and compliance

Experience managing cold-calling teams and dialer systems

Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and improve campaign performance

Excellent written English for SMS and email marketing


Responsibilities

Create, optimize, and periodically update high-converting SMS campaigns

Develop and manage email marketing campaigns

Upload and manage daily leads from Excess Elite CRM

Build and organize CRM workflows and automation sequences

Monitor and improve campaign performance (open rates, response rates, conversions)

Manage cold caller campaigns and dialer system

Organize and maintain clean CRM data and lead segmentation

Continuously test and improve messaging for better response rates
