Role Overview

We are looking for a sharp, creative, and highly consistent TikTok operator to help build and scale Wanna Parlay’s presence on TikTok.

This role is not just about posting content—it’s about understanding what goes viral, executing daily, and driving real audience growth.

You will be responsible for ideating, creating, editing, and posting content that captures attention and converts viewers into followers.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and post 5 TikTok videos per day
• Identify trends, sounds, and formats that are gaining traction
• Edit short-form videos (sports clips, reactions, memes, highlights)
• Write strong hooks, captions, and on-screen text
• Manage and optimize posting schedule
• Track performance and double down on what works
• Repurpose content from sports games, viral moments, and betting angles
• Collaborate with the team on content ideas and growth strategy

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of TikTok algorithm + viral content
• Experience creating or managing TikTok accounts (personal or brand)
• Fast video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
• Deep interest in sports (especially football, basketball, betting culture)
• Ability to move fast and produce content daily
• Strong English communication skills
• Self-starter mindset—no hand-holding

Bonus Points

• Experience growing a TikTok account to 10K+ followers
• Knowledge of sports betting or odds
• Meme sense / internet culture awareness
• Experience running multiple accounts or pages
