Video Editor for Real Estate Instagram Reels

HomesbyAnjali is a San Diego-based real estate brand helping first-time homebuyers navigate the buying process with confidence. We're building out a strong Instagram presence with short-form educational Reels - think real estate tips, myth-busting, and step-by-step guides - and we need a reliable editor to bring these scripts to life.

What You'll Be Doing:

We have fully scripted Reels (voiceover text, on-screen text cues, visual direction, timing markers) ready to go. Your job is to take raw footage and/or B-roll and turn each script into a polished, scroll-stopping Reel.

Specifically:

• Edit 15–45 second Instagram Reels from provided scripts and raw footage
• Add on-screen text, captions, and text animations that match the script's timing cues
• Source and incorporate relevant B-roll or stock footage when needed
• Apply transitions, zoom effects, and pacing cuts that keep viewers watching
• Add background music (royalty-free) that fits the tone
• Deliver in vertical 9:16 format optimized for Instagram
• Maintain consistent branding (fonts, colors, logo placement) across all Reels
