About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to support a busy expert in managing daily operations, scheduling, and lifestyle coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, attention to detail, and creating seamless experiences.


Key Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the expert’s personal and professional calendar

Coordinate and schedule meetings across different time zones

Handle booking and reservations (restaurants, spa, wellness centers, travel, etc.)

Organize appointments and ensure smooth daily planning

Communicate with clients, partners, and service providers

Prepare reminders, follow-ups, and daily/weekly schedules

Assist with ad hoc administrative and personal tasks


Requirements

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role

Strong experience managing calendars and scheduling systems

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Ability to coordinate multiple bookings and logistics efficiently

High level of responsibility, discretion, and reliability

Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment


Nice to Have

Experience supporting high-level professionals or entrepreneurs

Familiarity with tools like Google Calendar, Notion, Slack, etc.

Experience in lifestyle management (travel planning, wellness bookings, etc.)
