About the role
You will step in for an onboarding call that lasts no longer than ten minutes. Your main responsibility is to facilitate the discussion without any sales pressure, allowing the client to express their thoughts freely. The client has already made a financial commitment, so your focus will solely be on gathering essential information to aid in developing a tailored marketing strategy.
How You'll Solve It
- Conduct a concise 10-minute call at 5 AM California time on June 3rd.
- Comfortably engage with the client in clear English to ensure they feel at ease.
- Guide the conversation by asking targeted questions about:
- Service area specifics
- Client’s goals and expectations
- Target audience details
- Take accurate, real-time notes during the call to capture vital information.
- Immediately after the call, provide a brief written summary covering the three focus areas.
